Ingredients
- For the plums

plums, stones removed, halved - ½ bottle
red wine - 1
orange, juice and zest - 100g/3½oz
caster sugar - 1 tsp mixed spice

- For the sweet goats’ cheese cream
- 50g/1½oz
goats’ cheese - 50ml/2fl oz
double cream - 50ml/2fl oz runny
honey
- 50g/1½oz
Preparation method
For the stewed plums, place all of the ingredients into a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 6-7 minutes, or until the plums are tender.
Remove the plums from the liquid using a slotted spoon and transfer to a bowl.
For the sweet goats’ cheese cream, place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine.
To serve, spoon some of the goats’ cheese cream over the plums in the bowl.
