Ingredients
- 150ml/5fl oz almond milk
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 500g/1lb 2oz orange or clementine segments
Method
-
Freeze the orange segments in a plastic container for at least 6 hours.
-
Place the frozen oranges together with all the remaining ingredients in a blender. Start the blender on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
-
In about 30–60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change, and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or the sorbet will start to melt! Serve immediately.
