For the papaya honey lassi

  • 300g/10½oz ripe papaya, peeled and deseeded
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • 200ml/7fl oz buttermilk
  • 250ml/9fl oz live natural yoghurt
  • 8 ice cubes
  • handful toasted pistachios, to serve
