Freddy Bird
Freddy was born and raised in Bristol; trained at Ballymaloe; worked at 2 Michelin star restaurant The Square with Philip Howard; named finalist in the 2016 Observer Food Monthly Awards; and then successfully launched Thames Lido restaurant in Reading in 2018
