Mars bar sauce

  • 1 Mars bar or similar confectionery, chopped
  • 100ml/3½fl oz double cream
  • 25g/1oz butter

Preparation method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan over a low heat and melt together, stirring occasionally.

  2. When completely melted serve immediately with ice cream or other desserts.
