Ingredients
- 50ml/2fl oz gin
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 generous tbsp maraschino cherry syrup from the jar
- sparkling wine, chilled, for topping up
- ice, for shaking
- 1 maraschino cherry, to garnish
Method

Place a coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Pour the gin, lemon juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with a handful of ice and shake. Strain into the coupe glass and top up with the sparkling wine. Garnish with the cherry and serve.
