Ingredients
- 1 orange, zest and juice of ½
- 1 heaped tbsp rose harissa
- 2 heaped tbsp clear honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp garlic oil, to taste
- 4 chicken thighs
Method
Mix all the ingredients except the chicken together in a large bowl or baking tray. Add the chicken and coat well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight to marinate.
Remove the chicken from the fridge and bring to room temperature.
Cook under a hot grill or on a barbecue for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through.
