Ingredients
- 3 tbsp calvados
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- ice
- 100ml/3½fl oz ginger ale
- pinch ground cinnamon
- lime peel
Method
Pour the calvados, apple juice, maple syrup and bitters into a highball glass and stir. Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a twist of lime.
