Ingredients
For the cocktail
- 20ml /¾fl oz dry vermouth
- 60ml/2fl oz gin
- 2 tsp olive brine or pickle juice
- ice
- pickle, to garnish
- olive, to garnish
Method
In a mixing glass, stir the dry vermouth, gin and brine over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an olive and pickle.
