Ingredients
- 30ml/1fl oz London dry gin
- 30ml/1fl oz elderflower liqueur
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 90ml/3fl oz cava
- garnish with mint
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice and pour in the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and stir.
Top with Cava.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
