Ingredients
- 240ml/9fl oz earl grey tea
- 120ml/4fl oz rum
- 120ml/4fl oz vodka
- 120ml/4fl oz lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 150ml/5fl oz whole milk
Method
Put earl gray tea bags into warm water. For every 100ml/3½fl oz of water put in 1 teabag. Remove tea bag after 5 mins. Leave to cool.
Stir the rum, vodka, lemon juice, earl grey tea and sugar syrup in a jug or large mixing glass.
Pour whole milk in and let it sit for 3 minutes until the milk has curdled.
Strain it through a coffee filter, don’t rush, you can strain for hours.
Strain again for clarity and decant into a bottle, with a ‘Drink Me’ label.
Serve in a tumbler with cubed ice.
