Ingredients

For the filthy banana

  • 100ml/3½fl oz rum
  • 50ml/2fl oz banana liquor
  • 50ml/2fl oz coffee liqueur
  • 50ml/2fl oz double cream
  • 2 tsp cream of coconut
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop ice

For the garnish

  • chocolate syrup
  • maraschino cherry
  • whipped cream

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Swirl your glasses with chocolate syrup, it is best to do a circle of chocolate and let it drip.

  3. Pour the blended cocktail into the chocolate drizzled glass.

  4. Top with whipped cream and a single cherry on top.
