Ingredients
- 1 tbsp
olive oil - 1 red
chilli, seeds removed and chopped finely - 1
garlic clove, crushed - 1 tbsp
brown sugar - 2 tsp
soy sauce - 3 tbsp
tomato sauce - 150g/5½oz
cannellini beans from a can, rinsed and drained - 1 ready-made
flour tortilla - 2 tbps grated
Emmental cheese
Preparation method

Preheat the grill to its highest setting.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chilli and garlic and fry for one minute.

Add the brown sugar and cook for two minutes, or until the sugar starts to melt.

Add the soy sauce, tomato sauce and cannellini beans. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for four minutes.

Place the tortilla into a clean ovenproof frying pan. Pour the beans mixture into the middle and fold the tortilla to cover.

Top with the grated cheese and place under the grill. Cook for two minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
